Margot has worked as a film Designer and Art Director for 20 years, after graduating Architecture School holding the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada Gold Medal in Design. Recent credits include Production Designer on NETFLIX limited series “Devil in Ohio”, NBC Pilot “Quantum Leap” and NBC/ Universal’s series "The Magicians”. Margot has also Art Directed/ Set Designed several tent-pole features including Steven Spielberg's $130-million Disney feature "The BFG" and Zach Snyder’s “Man of Steel”. Margot blends her background in aesthetics with a thorough technical grounding in Construction and VFX, and appreciates great writing. She believes Production Design is the art of visual story-telling.

Margot grew up in London, Toronto, and Vancouver, and holds U.K. and Canadian citizenship.
